Children’s Work

The Footsteps children’s group meets on the first Sunday of the month at 11.30 for a short family friendly service.  There are prayers, a bible reading, a craft activity and songs.

On the third Sunday in the month there is an “All Age” service at 10.00am where the whole church family worships together.  There are toys and books available at the back of the church and in the church room for younger children.  Everyone is welcome to join us.

Please contact Rev. Catherine (01883 652192) or rev.catherine1@googlemail.com if you would like further information.

Pentecost Children’s activity/service – Sunday 24 May

On Sunday, 24th May, it is Pentecost, which is celebrated as the “birthday of the Church” because it marks the day that Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples, empowering them to begin their ministry.  Whilst the adults are in the usual 10am service that day, all children of all ages will be welcome to come out to the church room for junior church activities and crafts.  Everyone is welcome.  We will start in the church at 10am and go out to the church room after about 5 minutes, but if you don’t make it in time to join us in the church, please come to the church room at any time and we will be happy to see you.  Any questions?  Contact Victoria on 07970 509768 or vfrancis@29br.co.uk
